After you book our services, we collect additional personal information from you separately, not stored on our website, through Google Workspace applications.
Your personal information will only be used for the specific reasons stated below.
Why Information is Collected
We collect information for the following purposes:
1. To provide and operate our services, including providing legal advice to our clients;
2. To provide our visitors and clients with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
3. To be able to contact our visitors and clients with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations. Please note: as a law firm, communications with your attorney are privileged and confidential, but disclosure of non-privileged information is sometimes necessary. Please contact us as described below if you have questions or concerns.
How Information is stored, used, shared, and disclosed
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We also use Google Workspace to provide services to you. Your data may be stored through Google’s data storage, databases and general Google applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and maintain stringent privacy standards.
How we communicate with you
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect money you owe to us, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you if required. For these purposes we may contact you via email or telephone.
How we use cookies and other tracking tools
We use various applications through Wix and Google Workspace to analyze aggregated data, of which your personal data may be part. We do not sell your data. We do not operate cookies for any purposes other than providing services, maintaining secure operation and functionality of our website, and producing analysis that is solely viewed and used by Waypoint Immigration USA.
How you can withdraw consent
If you do not want us to process your data anymore, please contact us through our website contact form. Please note that we may be required to preserve certain documents in your file for a number of years after providing legal services, and this mandatory time period may result in your requested data deletion being delayed. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time from within the Waypoint Immigration USA mobile application by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. When a deletion request is submitted, the user's account is immediately deactivated within the application, and a secure notification is sent to our administrative team. Our team then permanently deletes the user's personal information and account data from our backend systems as soon as reasonably practicable. Once the deletion process is complete, the user's personal information is permanently removed, except where retention is required by applicable law or to resolve legal disputes.
Privacy policy updates
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updates, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we use or disclose it.
